DEPOSIT & PRICING TRANSPARENCY
Know exactly what you pay, before you apply
No surprises. Here are the plain-language rules for your deposit, weekly payments and maintenance. They summarize our rental agreement, which controls if anything differs.
Security deposit
$300 refundable
- One-time deposit, due before you take the vehicle.
- Held as security for unpaid rent, damage beyond normal wear and tear, and other amounts owed under your rental agreement.
- Refundable: after the vehicle is returned and inspected, the balance is returned to you, less any amounts owed.
- The deposit is not rent and does not replace or pay down any weekly payment.
Weekly payments
From $250 per week
- Billed weekly, on the same day each week.
- Paid by debit/credit card or ACH bank transfer.
- Base rate is $250/week up to 600 miles. Higher mileage tiers: $300/week for 601 to 1,000 miles and $350/week over 1,000 miles. You see your tier in your driver dashboard before billing.
- A missed weekly payment may trigger our vehicle retrieval process under your rental agreement. Contact us before the due date if you expect to be late.
Maintenance coverage
Included
- Routine maintenance (oil changes, brake service, tires and general upkeep) is covered at no extra weekly charge.
- Mechanical repairs not caused by misuse, neglect or an accident are covered.
- You remain responsible for damage from accidents, misuse or neglect, and for traffic, parking and toll charges.
- Report issues promptly through your driver dashboard so service can be scheduled.
